succeed@school seminars for Montréal parents of children with special needs
We’re gearing up for another school year of innovative succeed@school seminars in Montréal, Québec! Our succeed@school seminar series is designed to further your knowledge in the area of assistive technologies with the goal helping your child (or student) with his/her learning or communication needs.
This year, due to high demand, we have a large focus on iOS devices (iPads and iPods) and apps for children with special needs. Sessions have a maximum of 35 participants and we always leave time for great discussion.
Fall date: October 25th, 2011. Augmentative and alternative communication apps for children with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorders.
Winter date: January 17th, 2012. Specialized software and apps for elementary and secondary students with learning disabilities.
Spring date: May 15th, 2012. Apps 4 learning @ home and school for children with special needs.
All seminars take place at Atwater Library and Computer Centre in Montréal.
*Note: We customize our seminars for schools and other groups. Contact us for information on presentations tailored to your school, organization, or parent group.
